TS Flow Controls Private Limited has been manufacturing industrial valves in Hubballi, Karnataka for over 30 years with a motive to produce high quality Industrial Valves. We have been fulfilling the demands in sectors like Petroleum & Refining Plants, Offshore Oil & Gas fields, Power Industry, Fertilizer, Chemical, Paper & Pulp, and other process industries. TSPV has been exporting its products internationally to countries like the USA, Kuwait, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Indonesia and China.
The company offers engineering solutions for valve requirements such as Gate, Globe, Check, Piston, Plug, Butterfly, Knife Edge Gate, Ball Valves and Lined-Plug, Butterfly, Ball Valves. These products are manufactured in compliance with International Standards such as API, ANSI, ASME, BS/ISO. TSPV also offers specialized valves with NACE requirement, Bonnet extension (Cold Box), Full Jacketing, Motorized and Gear Operated Valves etc., and in all special materials like Duplex Steel, Monel, Alloy-20, AB2, Hastelloy etc.
We have been accredited with International Quality Standards ISO 9001:2015, BS ISO 45001:2018, and is certified PED 2014/68/EU (CE Mark) compliant for European Union. We have skilled welders who have been qualified as per ASME Section IX and ISO standards. TSFC has been approved by Engineers India Ltd (EIL), Indian Boiler Regulation (IBR), and ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions
